Watermelon is naturally high in potassium, and fermentation creates organic acids and natural esters that support ripening and reproductive plant processes.

LAB-driven fermentation breaks down watermelon plant material and sugars into bioavailable potassium, organic acids, and esters that improve nutrient mobility, microbial activity, and plant physiological function during bloom without salt stress or synthetic ripeners.
